摘　　要：文章基于现代高新微电子技术、智能IC卡技术、数据库技术以及网络技术,开发一套体育教学智能管理系统,并通过实践,将体育教学从传统教师的分散管理转向体育部门的系统管理,从单纯的目标定性或过程定量管理转向综合管理,从而避免教师管理尺度和内容不统一现象的出现,摆脱了定量不足,定性有余的缺陷,从实质上加强了管理的水平,提高了管理的效率。This study is based on modern high-tech microelectronics, intelligent IC card technology, database technology and network technology to develop a physical education intelligent teaching management system, which, through practice, turns the physical education from the traditional decentralized management by teachers into systematic management by the sports department and from the simple qualitative goal or quantitative process management into the integrated management process, thus avoids the phenomenon of non-uniform management scale and content by teachers, eliminates the deficiency of lack on quantitative but redundant on qualitative, and in essence enhances the management level and improves the management efficiency.
