摘 要:以丙烯酸(AA)和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)共聚,合成出了一种抗220℃高温的钻井液降黏剂。对降黏剂的合成条件进行了优化,并对其在钻井液中的降黏性能进行了评价。通过IR对优化条件下合成的共聚物进行了表征,借助热分析考察了共聚物的热稳定性。结果表明,优化条件下产生的共聚物的降黏效果最好,在淡水基浆中加量为0.5%时,降黏剂的室温降黏率可以达到74.5%;在220℃下老化16h后,降黏剂的高温降黏率可以达到89.3%,并且具有较好的抗盐、钙性能,可用于各种类型的水基钻井液体系中。Acrylicacid(AA)/2-acrylamido-2-methyl-propanesulfon-ic acid (AMPS) copolymer was synthesized and used as a viscosity reducer for drilling fluids resisting 220 ℃. The synthesis conditions were optimized, and the viscosity reducing profermance was evaluated. The copolymer, which was synthesized in the optimal conditions, was characterized by infrared (IR), and its thermal stability was investigated by thermal analysis. The results showed that the effect of its reducing viscosity was excellent, which was synthesized in the optimal conditions. When the content of the viscosity reducer was 0.5% in a fresh water base mud, its viscosity reducing ratio could reach 74.5% at room temperature and reach 89.3% after heat rolling for 16 hours at 220 ℃. At the same time, the copolymer could exhibit good salt-and calcium-resistance, and be used in various water-based drilling fluid systems.
