摘 要:利67井是胜利油田的一口重点预探井,完钻井深为4241m,钻井液密度达2.0g/cm3。该井下部沙河街组的硬脆性地层黏土含量和矿化度较高,存在异常高地应力和次生应力,易产生井壁坍塌、压差卡钻和井漏等复杂事故;沙四段存有盐膏层、高压盐水层,油气显示活跃,给钻井施工造成了很大的困难。经过室内实验,优选出了聚(磺)聚合醇高密度防塌钻井液。现场应用表明,该钻井液流变性好,抑制能力、抗温能力及抗污染能力较强,且固相容量高,可加重至密度为2.0g/cm3,能满足胜利油田利67区块沙河街组高密度钻井的需要,解决了该地区井壁严重失稳的问题,保证了钻进施工的顺利进行。Well Li-67, located in Shengli Oilfield, is the key exploration well with a completion depth of 4,241 m, at which mud density was as high as 2.0 g/cm3. There are high clay content and total salinity in the formation of Chinocythere Group. Because of the abnormal crustal stress and secondary stress in this formation, collapsing, pipe sticking and mud loss may be encountered. As well as in the formation Sha-4, there are oil and gas, salt and gypsum and high-pressure salt water, which caused many difficulties to drilling operation. This paper optimized a high-density inhibitive poly-sulfonate and poly-glycol drilling fluid system, which had been successfully applied in well Li-67. It resolved the problem of caving and collapsing in this area with the density of 2.0 g/cm3.
