摘  要:介绍了一种用于油田固井的新型Microblock液硅添加剂的物理化学性质及其防气窜机理。室内评价了液硅与常规密度、低密度、高密度水泥浆的配伍性,并介绍了其在川孝601和大邑3井的应用情况。结果表明,在浅气层或活跃气层固井,加入10%~15%的液硅能够增强水泥浆的防气窜效果;液硅能够显著提升水泥石在低温条件下的早期强度,特别适合长封固段大温差条件下的固井,还能增强水泥浆的悬浮稳定性,减少水泥浆的游离液;液硅的颗粒微细,能和降失水剂协同作用形成致密滤饼,将水泥浆的失水量控制得更低。This article described the physical and chemical properties of a new Microblock liquid silicon, which was used for oilfield cementing. The mechanism of its gas channeling prevention was analyzed. Its compatibility was evaluated in the different cement slurry with conventional density, low density or high density. Its applications in Chuanxiao 601 well and Dayi 3 well were introduced. For cementing in shallow or active gas formation, liquid silicon could enhance anti-gas channeling effect of cement slurry by adding from 10% to 15%. Ultra-fine active particles of liquid silicon enable liquid silicon to have distinctive characteristics, by which early strength of set cement will be increased remarkably, and settling stability and anti-gas channeling effect of cement slurry will be largely improved.
