摘  要:普光105-2井是四川盆地川东断褶带黄金口普光构造带的一口定向生产井,完钻井深为6310m。该井空气钻进时,在井眼周围地层岩石应力得到充分释放,形成更多的应力释放缝,加之井壁干燥,没有泥饼保护,当气体钻井完成后替入钻井液时,容易引起多种井下复杂。通过对空气钻井后替入钻井液技术的难点进行分析,介绍了普光105-2井一开、二开空气钻井后替入钻井液的施工技术措施,采用聚合物磺化封堵钻井液并配合适当的工程措施(通过简化钻具结构,采用光钻杆低排量替入;如遇到特殊地层强行压井式替入钻井液,可采取光钻杆大排量替入)取得了成功,为普光气田空气钻井后替入钻井液的技术提供了经验。Puguang well 105-2 is a directional production well, that locates in Huangjinkou Puguang structure belt of Chuandong fault-fold belt in Sichuan Basin. The total depth is 6,310 m. Air drilling is chosen to drilling the upper section. The displacement of drilling fluid after air drilling may easily cause lots of downhole troubles such as lost circulation and sloughing, because the stress of rock around borehole is fully released and creates more stress fissure, and there are dry wellbore and no protection of mud cake during the air drilling process. But the displacement of drilling fluid for Puguang well 105-2 had gain great success through transferring air into sulphonated polymer sealing and pluging fluid combined with appropriate engineering measures. The success provided experiences for latter drilling construction of Puguang oilfield.
