摘　　要：随着进厂煤质的变化，昆明焦化制气厂备煤车间两台K9164型的锤式粉碎机生产的煤细度合格率及其他指标不能满足焦化生产的要求。锤式粉碎机改造项目组提出了锤头改造方案。经过实施，煤细度合格率等指标达到要求，锤头的使用寿命延长，生产成本降低，工作效率提高，实现生产经济性。每年可节约设备维修资金约19万元。With the change of coal quality, the thin eligibility rate and other index by the two disintegrators （K9164） couldn＇t satisfy the need of coking coal production, so we proposed to reconstruct the hammerhead After practice, the thin eligibility rate and other index of the coal satisfied the requirement, the lifespan of hammerhead was increased, production cost was reduced, work efficiency was improved, realized the economical reproduction, and saved the service cost 190,000 Yuan every year.
