流式细胞仪三标记法测定正常人功能性TCRV_β基因库水平

摘　　要：采用流式细胞仪的三标记（PE－，FITC－，PECy5－）直接检测技术，利用不同标记的二十一种特异性Vβ单抗，分为7组，构建了简便、快速检测功能性人TCR基因库的试剂盒；同时建立了外周血中该21种vβ的正常值，为临床监测疾病的转归提供手段。Using direct-labelling cytometry technique, a kit including 21 different TCRVβ antibodies in 7 groups which cansimply, rapidly and specifically examine human TCRVβ repertoire was established. Furtherly, We also obtain the normalvalue of these 21 TCRVβ in the blood after ace test 20 donors depending on this kit. Therefore, This study provides an effective tool for following some clinical diseases.
