摘 要:提出了整孔装运、整孔架设拆装式桁梁的方案技术,以提高拆装式桁梁的拼装架设速度,满足抢险救灾和灾后重建工作的需要。探讨了预拼装、装车运输和现场架设等作业程序关键技术,并提供了专用配套设备——装卸车升降架、驮梁小车、落梁支架的技术设计。拆装式桁梁整孔运架技术只需少量小型专用设备配合作业,技术方案可行,兼具较好的经济合理性,将有利于我国桥梁抢修技术水平的提高。In order to raise the operation speed of the fabricated truss beam to meet the requirements in rush-repair and the post-disaster reconstruction,put forward in the paper are some technical plans and techniques to be used for the integral transportation and integral erection of the fabricated truss beam.The key techniques for the pre-fabrication,loading and transportation,and the erection at the site are explored,with the technical designs of the lifting platform,the beam-transporting trolley,and the beam-lowering devices presented.The integral transportation and erection techniques of the fabricated truss beam need only very few small special devices.The technical plan is satisfactory in both feasibility and economy.It may contribute to the development of the rush-repair techniques for bridges.
