摘  要:目的:探讨强化饮食对血液透析患者动脉弹性功能的影响,旨在使患者建立良好的饮食习惯。方法:选择血液透析患者共92例,随机分为干预组和对照组各46例,干预组在常规药物治疗的前提下进行强化饮食;对照组仅接受单纯药物治疗。实验期6个月,对比分析两组患者的体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG),动脉弹性功能等各项指标的差异。结果:采用药物治疗加强化饮食干预,各项代谢指标、动脉弹性功能明显优于单纯药物治疗。结论:强化饮食干预能改善血液透析患者动脉弹性功能,血液透析患者对相关知识了解不足,有待于加大健康宣教力度。Objective:To investigate the impact of fortified diet on arterial elasticity function in hemodialysis patients,in order to establish good diet habit. Methods:A total of 92 hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into intervention group (n=46) and control group (n=46).Intervention group received conventional therapy and fortified diet ,and control group only received drug treatment only.The experiment took 6 months,compared two groups of patients with body mass index (BMI),fasting blood glucose (FBG),systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG) and arterial elasticity. Results:By combining enhanced diet and drug therapy,the metabolism index and arterial elasticity were significantly improved than drug treatment alone.Conclusion:Fortified diet tintervention could improve arterial elasticity in hemodialysis patients.Hemodialysis patients were lack of knowledge of health education efforts,which needed to be increased.
