数字化血液标本采集质量培训模块在采血室健康教育中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨用医院数字化信息系统设计血液标本采集质量培训模块,用模块内容对采血室护士进行质量培训,以提高其检验质量理论水平,指导对客户进行健康教育。方法:用循证医学方法收集血液标本采集质量理论依据,形成客户准备及理论依据模块,由采血室护士指导客户做好采血前准备。结果:实施专项健康教育前后脂血发生率、激素类项目在规定时间采血率比较有统计学意义。结论:数字化血液标本采集质量培训模块对客户的健康教育有实际指导意义。Objective：Training the nurses in outpatient blood collect room with the digital training modular of blood sample collect to improve the quality of blood sample collecting and direct the health education to client.Methods：Collected the blood collect quality theoretical evidence by the Evidence-based Medicine,establish the modular of the client preparation and theoretical evidence. The nurses in outpatient blood collect room directed the preparations before blood collect to client. Results：There were statistically significant differences in the blood sample collecting rate of lipemia and hormone before and after special health education.Conclusion： The digital training modular of blood sample collecting are actually direction value to the health education of client.
