摘 要:目的探讨丹鳖胶囊抗炎作用效果观察。方法采用随机对照重复的方法,用化学药、中药对照,用肉芽肿法、足跖浮肿法、铁板法和扭体法,从细胞因子(分子)和细胞两个水平客观地观察了丹鳖胶囊抗炎、镇痛效果。结果丹鳖胶囊高剂量组,SOD活性有明显的上升(P<0.01),MDA、PEG2、TNF值均有明显的下降(P<0.05),可显著减轻肉芽肿的干湿重量和角叉菜胶致大鼠踝关节肿胀(P<0.01),显著减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数及延长扭体时间(P<0.01),显著提高小鼠的热痛阈值(P<0.01)。结论丹鳖胶囊是通过抗氧化损伤和阻断炎症因子来抗炎的,说明了它对抗生素无效炎症有显著效果的药理依据。Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of Danbie capsule.Methods The chemical medicine and traditional Chinese medicine was used as control.The granuloma method,metatarsal swelling method,iron plate method,and writhing test was used to observe the anti-inflammatory effect and analgesic effect of Danbie capsule.Results In the Danbie-capsule high dose group,the contents of MDA,PEG2,TNF were decreased(P〈0.05),the activity of SOD was increased(P〈0.01),the dry or wet weight of granuloma was reduced(P〈0.01),the ankle swelling and thermal response times were reduced,and the pain threshold was increased(P〈0.01).Conclusion The anti-inflammatory effect of Danbie capsule was reached by anti-oxidative damage and blocking inflammatory factors.
