摘　　要："以人为本"和构建高校和谐校园是密不可分的,两者相辅相成。构建高校和谐校园要坚持"以人为本",而高校和谐校园的成功构建则可以促进"以人为本"思想的发展。The ＂people-oriented＂ and the construuction of harmonious campus is inseparable, both complement each other. The constructing the harmonious campus should adhere to the ＂people-oriented＂, while the successful construction of harmonious campus can promote development of ＂people-oriented＂ thought.
