Determination of Serum Glucosamine and Galactosamine in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

摘　　要：采用二阶导数分光光度法，对１９例女性ＳＬＥ患者血清氨基葡萄糖（ＧｌｕｃｏｓａｍｉｎｅＧｌｕｓ．）和氨基半乳糖（ＧａｌａｃｔｏｓａｍｉｎｅＧａｌｓ．）进行检测。发现ＳＬＥ患者血清Ｇｌｕｓ．为２０４７±０６６１ｍｇ／ｍｌ，明显高于正常人组０９００±０２４０ｍｇ／ｍｌ（Ｐ＜０００１）；患者血清Ｇａｌｓ．为０２０５±０１４４ｍｇ／ｍｌ，明显低于正常人组０３３０±０１３０ｍｇ／ｍｌ（Ｐ＜０００１）。对ＳＬＥ的病因和发病机制作了初步探讨。The level of serum glucosamine and galactosamine were determined in 19 female patients with systemic lupus erythematosus by the second derivative spectrophotometry method.The results showed that the level of serum glucosamine in the patients was 2 047±0 661mg/ml,while in the healthy control group was 0 900±0 240mg/ml.The level of serum glucosamine in patients was markedly increased in comparison with that of the healthy control group.( P <0 001).The level of serum galactosamine in the patients was markedly decrcased in comparison with that of the healthy control group( P <0 001),0 205±0 144mg/ml in the patients and 0 330±0 130mg/ml in healthy control group.The pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus was discussed.
