摘  要:针对常用封窜剂难以解决稠油蒸汽吞吐井深部封窜问题,考察封窜剂热触变体系的封堵性能。热触变体系是由热触变聚合物配制而成的,其聚合物亲水主链中含有疏水片段或疏水侧基。研究表明:热触变体系在特定温度下,从溶液转变为高强度冻胶,降温后体系自动恢复流动性,整个过程是可逆的,可多次重复;热触变体系具有热触变温度和热触变冻胶强度可调,注入性、耐温性、稳定性好和封堵率高等优点,特别适合于吞吐井蒸汽封窜的深部处理。The application of anti-channeling agents could not effectively solve the problem of deep channeling in stream huff and puff heavy oil wells. The performance of thermal thixotropic system was investigated. The thermal thixotropic system was prepared by using thermal thixotropic polymer, and the polymer hydrophilic principal chain includes hydrophobic side group. The results show that the system can change from solution into high-strength gel system at thermal thixotropic temperature, and resume mobility after cooling. The whole process is reversible and can be repeated for many times. The system has good behav- iors of adjustable thermal thixotropic temperature and gel strength, good injection performance, temperature tolerance, stability and high-plugging efficiency, which is particularly suitable for deep channeling plugging in steam huff and puff wells.
