山东省科技创新能力现状调研及对策分析

摘　　要：在分析科技创新对于加快转变经济发展方式重要性的基础上,以山东省为例,对山东省科技创新现状进行了深入分析,指出了山东省科技创新方面存在科技指标落后于经济指标、技术创新基础条件平台建设尚处于初级阶段、地区科技发展不平衡等问题,并提出了倡导以战略技术联盟模式为主导、产学研相结合的模式,形成布局合理、功能完善、体系健全、共享高效的省内科技基础条件平台等对策建议。Based on the importantce analysis of scientific and technological innovation for speeding up the changes in mode of economic development, the status of scientific and technological innovation in Shandong Province is analyzedconducted in-depth analysis. Some problems are pointed out, such as science and technology indicators lagging behind economic indicators, platform construction ofabout technological innovative condition being is still in its early stages, and science and technology beingare developed unevenly among different regions, and so on. Then, countermeasures are put forward such as advocating a mode of making strategic technology alliances and combining industry, academia and research, forming efficient science and technology platforms with a rational layout, perfect functional, sound system and shareding in the province, etc.
