二味康口服液对脾虚小鼠的影响

摘　　要：由刺五加、黄芪等中药组成，二味康口服液能明显改善小鼠大黄所致脾虚症状如便溏、纳呆、毛散无华、疲倦、畏寒、脱肛（部分）；升高脾虚小鼠低下的体重、体温及免疫器官重量；延长脾虚小鼠冷水游泳生存时间。Composed of Radix Astragaliseu Hedysari, Radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi, etc, Erweikang Oral Liquid(EOL) was used to treat the spleen asthenia mice induced by Radix Rhei Solution. and EOL can remarkedly ameliorate sloppy stool, poor appetite, lusterless hair, fatigue of spirit, fear of chill, prolapse of rectum (partial), raise the lower temperature and weight of body and the weight of spleen and thymus, lengthen the time swimming in water, and inhibit the hypermotility of small intestine.
