下肢深静脉血栓形成的病因探讨

摘　　要：目的进一步探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成的病因。方法总结１９９０～１９９８年以来收住的２４２例，进行回顾性分析。结果２４２例患者中，手术后发病１２０例（４９．６％），且以下腹部手术为多见；伴有原发病３５例（１４．６％）；原因不明８７例（３５．８％）。发病年龄以４０岁以上者多见。结论深静脉血栓形成与高龄、手术创伤及肿瘤结缔组织病、肾炎性肾病、白血病等有关。Objectives To investigate causes of DVT.Methods Retrospective amalysis of 242 patients with DVT had been made in our hospital from 1990～1998.Results Out of 242 patients with DVT,120 cases′DVT occured following operation (specially hypogastrium operations)(49.6%),35cases had primary diseases(14.6%),87 patients showed no odvius predisposing factors of suffering the DVT(35%) The onset age of DVT was usually over 40.Conclusions The results suggest that advanced age,operative ingury,inflammation of blood vessels,tumor,leukemin and desmos′etc might the correlated with the DVT.
