界线类偏瘤型麻风伴Ⅱ型麻风反应误诊1例分析并文献复习

摘　　要：目的了解界线类偏瘤型麻风及Ⅱ型麻风反应的特点。方法报告1例界线类偏瘤型麻风及Ⅱ型麻风反应病例并文献复习。结果界线类偏瘤型麻风及Ⅱ型麻风反应病例临床少见。结论在麻风已逐渐进入低流行的情况下,提高医生的警惕性和诊断水平是防止麻风误诊的关键。Objective To understand the clinical and pathological of Borderline Lepromatous with Type Ⅱ Reaction.Methods To report a case of Borderline Lepromatous with Type Ⅱ Reaction and review the articles.Results Borderline Lepromatous with Type Ⅱ Reaction was a rare.Conelusion Under the circumstances of low prevalence of leprosy,improving the doctors＇ precaution diagnostic skills is fundamentally for diagnosis of leprocy.
