摘　　要：目的分析老年人骨折的特点,老年股骨粗隆间骨折的手术方法及其疗效。方法对2001～2006年接受治疗的25例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行随访,平均年龄73岁,术后平均随访15个月。结果手术疗效评定:优14例,良8,中2例,差1例。结论正确把握手术适应证,采用外固定架治疗可以取得满意效果。Objective To analyze of the characteristics of old fractures,surgical methods and the outcome of intertro- chanteric fracture of advanced age. Methods 25 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture operatively treated between 2001 and 2006 were followed up. The average age was 73 years （ range from 70 to 86 years） ,The average period of follow - up of these 25 patients was 15 months. Results Evaluation of surgical treatment, the result of treatment was evaluated as excel- lent in 14 patients,good in 8 patients,general in 2 patients,and poor in 1 patient. Conclusion Correctly grasp the surgical indications, using non - incisal external fixation can obtain satisfactory results.
