摘  要:目的 观察丹参对低温心脏保存的保护作用 ,探讨丹参与供心缺血再灌注损伤的关系。方法 选用Wistar大鼠 2 4只 ,随机分为 3组 ,每组 8只 ;Ⅰ组为对照组 ,Ⅱ组为丹参组 ,Ⅲ组为未灌组。采用零上低温冲洗浸渍法 ,保存鼠心 12h ,Langendorff灌注模型使心脏复苏。检测血流动力学变化、心肌酶的释放量、冠脉流量、心肌含水量、心肌组织MDA的含量。结果 证实保存后的供心在血流重建时发生再灌注损伤。丹参使低温保存 12h后的供心恢复良好的收缩、舒张功能 ,增加冠脉流量 ,减轻心肌组织水肿 ,减少心肌细胞酶的释放。结论 丹参对供心缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用 。Objective To investigate the relation of RSM and ischemia reperfusion injury of donor heart, and value the protective effect of RSM on ischemia reperfusion injury of donor heart. Methods Wistar rats( n=24) , involved in the experiment are randomly divided into three groups, with eight in each: group 1 serves as control, group 2 as RSM, and group 3 as non-reperfusion. The rat hearts were preserved for 12 hours with the application of simple immersion storage at 0~4℃ and then were revived in the langendorff model, followed by the testing of the hemodynamic variation, the release of the myocardial enzyme, the coronary flow as well as the myocardial water content and the MDA content in myocardium. Results Ischemia reperfusion injuries did occur in the donor's heart during the process of blood reconstruction. After the treatment by means of RSM, the coronary flow was increased, myocardial water content reduced, the release of myocardial enzyme decreased. Conclusion RSM has an obvious protective effect on ischemia-reperfusion injury of donor heart.
