摘 要:针对三峡水库175m实验性蓄水,2009年对嘉陵江、长江重庆主城段有机物、营养盐、生物含量及流速、水温、pH、DO等相关理化指标做了初步调查。结果表明:藻密度、叶绿a(Chl-a)、高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)、TN、TP月浓度差异较大。藻密度的范围为0~557759cell.L-1,Chl-a的范围为0.03~10.38mg.m-3,高锰酸盐指标的范围是1.76~4.66mg.L-1,TP浓度范围为0.036~0.322mg.L-1,TN浓度范围为0.713~3.010mg.L-1。嘉陵江、长江重庆主城段受有机物污染较轻,水体中N、P营养盐含量较高,远超过富营养化的限制值,Chl-a含量低,水体仅为贫-中营养化水平。双析因子方差分显示,藻密度、Chl-a、CODMn、TN、TP在空间或时间上都存在一定程度的差异。C、N、P营养盐浓度嘉陵江高于长江,地表径流对长江、嘉陵江重庆主城段水体中TP贡献较大。相关性分析表明,调查范围内藻密度与TN、SD和pH呈正相关,与流速和水温呈负相关,流速是影响藻类生长的主要因素。An operation to raise the level of water in the Three Gorges Reservoir to 175 meters began in September 2009.Organic contamination,nutrient and biomass were determined in the Chongqing main district segment of Jialing River and Changjiang River,in 2009.The algae cell density,chlorophyll a(Chl-a),potassium permanganate index(COD_Mn),total phosphorus(TP) and total nitrogen(TN) value are 0~557759,0.03~10.38,1.76~4.66,0.036~0.322 and 0.713~3.010 respectively.The water body is not strongly polluted by organic compounds.The concentrations of TN and TP are abundant.Low concentration of Chl-a was observed in the studying water body.Trophic states of the Chongqing segment of Jialing River and Changjiang River were oligotropher to mesotropher.Utilizing the method of between subjects effects tests,it indicated that spatial or monthly of biomass,organic and nutrient factors is different in the water body.The nutrient in Jianling River was higher than that in Changjiang River.Water from the farmland gave a significant contribution to the TP of the water body.the correlation of algae cell density,Chl-a,nutrient,organic contamination and physical chemistry parameters were researched.The result suggested that there was a significant positive correlation among algae cell density,SD,TN and pH,and there was a significant negative correlation among algae cell density,velocity and water temperature.It indicated that velocity is the main parameters that affect the algae cell density.
