摘 要:面板坝接缝止水结构中橡胶盖板起到防护和第一道止水的作用,其耐老化性能直接关系到大坝的安全运行和维护.根据GB盖板的使用环境,选择人工湿热老化试验对GB盖板的老化性能进行研究,并采用动力学经验公式和Arrhen ius外推法,以拉断伸长率作为考察指标、以老化系数0.25作为寿命临近值,对GB盖板材料在湿热和大气老化条件下的工程使用寿命进行了预测研究.试验结果表明,盖板的耐湿热老化性能可以满足水利工程设计的需要.另外采用氙灯气候老化实验对材料的自然气候老化性能进行了对比研究,结果表明,三元乙丙层的耐气候老化性能大大优于天然橡胶层,GB盖板合理的结构设计对于延长盖板的使用寿命非常有效.The rubber cover take on a role at protecting dam and stopping the first water in the joint structure of concrete face rockfilled dam,and the aging resistant property of it becomes a critical problem relating to the safety and maintenance of the dam.The aging performance of GB composite cover was studied by hydrothermal aging test according to the application condition,and the lifetime of GB composite cover material was forecasted by aging dynamics empirical equation,and Arrhenius equation,and with elongation as the check index,and the aging coefficient 0.25 as the critical value.The test result indicates that the GB cover can meet the requirement of water conservancy engineering design.By the xenon weathering test result,the aging performance of materials was studied.The results show that the aging resistant performance of ethylene propylene diene is greatly better than that of natural rubber,and GB composite cover's rational strusture's design is valid for prolonging the lifetime of GB composite cover.
