摘 要:提出了基于位置敏感器件(PSD)的差动折射率测量方案,建立了数学模型,设计了传感探头结构,制作了原理样机。在反复实验的基础上,测定了盐度标定曲线,并对系统的稳定性和影响因素进行了测量,盐度检测的分辨率达到1.67‰,稳定性好于±1.25‰,温度和扰动引起的误差分别为0.038‰/℃和±2.58‰。对系统误差进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决办法。Under the elaborate survey of recent development of the seawater salinity measurement technology,we systematically proposed a measurement principle,based on differential refractive-index and PSD (Position Sensitive Device),and built a mathematical model,designed the structure of sensing probe,produced a prototype.On the basis of numerous experimental data,we determined the salinity calibration curve,the system stability and interfering factors were also measured.Experimental results indicate the salinity resolution of 1.67‰ and stability error better than ±1.25‰,errors caused by temperature and Perturbation are 0.038‰/℃ and ±2.58‰.The results also showed the feasibility of system principle and structural design.Then,errors which could affect the system performance were discussed and analyzed in detail,and some improved methods were suggested.
