D_(17)S_(30),D_1S_(80)和ApoB基因座多态性分布调查

摘　　要：应用ＰＣＲ技术和小型聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳银染色检测法，对云南白族人群和云南汉族人群Ｄ１７Ｓ３０，Ｄ１Ｓ８０和ＡｐｏＢ基因座遗传多态性进行了调查．发现白族人群Ｄ１７Ｓ３０基因座有１１个等位基因，其频率范围为０００２７～０１８１８；Ｄ１Ｓ８０基因座有１９个等位基因，频率范围在０００４３～０２４１４．汉族人群Ｄ１７Ｓ３０基因座有１２个等位基因，其频率范围为０００４８～０１９２０；Ｄ１Ｓ８０基因座有１８个等位基因，频率范围为０００３０～０２６３３；ＡｐｏＢ基因座有１２个等位基因，频率范围为０００３９～０４６４８．The polymorphism distribution of loci D 17 S 30 , D 1S 80 in the Bai Ethnic group and loci D 17 S 30 , D 1S 80 and ApoB in Han people in Yunnan was studied in PCR, PAGE and silver staining. The results showed that the alleles (range of genes frequencies) of locus D 17 S 30 and locus D 1S 80 were 11 (0.002 7～0.181 8) and 19 (0 004 3～0 241 4) in the Bai Ethnic group. The genes (and genes frequencies) of loci D 17 S 30 , D 1S 80 and ApoB were 12 (0 004 8～0 219 0), 18 (0 003 0～0 263 3) and 12 (0 003 9～0 464 8) in Han people. Also, the data of the discrimination power (DP) and the heterozygosity of the reciprocal locus on two people were obtained in this study.
