“东向发展”战略与马芜铜宜四市区级经济的发展

摘　　要：在"东向发展"战略的实施中,马、芜、铜、宜四城市被当作"第一方阵"。就四市区级经济本身看,还存在产业结构单一、产业层次低等问题,以致没有发挥出应有的作用。因此,必须按照"东向发展"战略的要求,结合国家实施"中部崛起"战略,合理规划,承接产业转移,提升产业层次,发挥桥梁作用。In the practice of the eastward development strategy,the four cities Maanshan,Wuhu,Tongling and Anqing are regarded as the first phalanx.On the perspective of the district economy,there still exist problems of sole industrial structure and lower industrial level and there is no deserved effect.Therefore,it is required to make reasonable planning,carry on industrial transfer,promote industrial level and bring into play the bridge function in accordance with the eastward development strategy and the state mid-China rising strategy.
