关节镜清理术加透明质酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：比较2种方法治疗膝关节骨关节炎的效果。方法：两组病人分别采用关节镜清理术加透明质酸钠注射和单纯关节镜清理治疗膝关节骨关节炎，术后随访6个月以上。将膝关节按疼痛、行走功能、关节活动度、肌力、屈膝畸形、稳定性，共计100分，并设定了若干减分项目。按临床疗效分组，并将结果用等级分组秩和检验进行统计学分析。结果：关节镜清理术加透明质酸钠注射的疗效佳于单纯关节镜清理术，且差异有统计学意义。结论：关节镜清理术加透明质酸钠注射治疗骨性关节炎优于单纯关节镜清理术。Objective：To compare the therapeutic effect of two methods for treatment osteoarthritis. Methods：Arthroscopic debridements integrating with hyaluronic acid injection and only arthroscopic debridements were used to treat osieoarthritis of the knee. All patients were followed up. more than six months. One hundred scores were obtained according to pain of knee, function of walking,joint range of motion, musele stranght, deform of genttflex and stability. Different groups were divided by curative effect of clinic, and outcomes were analyzed by statistics. Resnlts ： The therapeutic effect of arthroscopic integrating with hyaluronic Acid group was better than only arthroscopic group. The efficacy between two groups have obviously difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The efficacy of in arthroscopic integrating with hyaluronic is bettrer than in only arthroscopie group.
