外用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察重组人表皮生长因子在促进浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合中的疗效。方法将32例四肢浅Ⅱ度烧伤患者64个烧伤部位随机分成两组,对照组32个部位应用凡士林油纱换药方法治疗,治疗组32个部位在凡士林油纱的基础上加用重组人表皮生长因子治疗,观察比较创面的愈合时间。结果治疗组较对照组创面愈合时间缩短:治疗组(8.4±1.2)d,对照组(11.6±1.8)d,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论局部外用重组人表皮生长因子治疗浅Ⅱ度烧伤能加速创面愈合。Objective To observe the clinical effects of recombinant human epidermal growth factor（rhEGF）on the healing of superficial second-degree burn.Methods Sixty four places of thirty two patients were divided into two groups.Thirty two places were treated by routine method,and other thirty two places were additionally treated by rhEGF.The healing time of the wound was compared.Results The wound healing of the treatment group was faster than the control group.The healing time was shortened [（8.4±1.2）（11.6±1.8）days ].The difference of thehealingtimeofthewoundin,two groups had statistic significances（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion rhEGF has theobverious effect on shortening the healing time of the superficial second-degree burn.
