摘　　要：从中国南海甘蓝葇荑软珊瑚Ｎｅｐｈｔｈｅａ ｂｒａｓｓｉｃａ的乙醇提取液中分离得到一种新的多羟基甾醇，通过红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振谱数据分析，推定其结构为２４－亚甲基－５ａ－胆甾烷－３β，６β，９ａ，１９－四醇。The chemical constituents of the Chinese soft coral Nephthea brassica collected from the South China Sea have been studied,and a novel polyhydroxylated steroid was isolated. This polyhydroxylated steroid was a colorless crystal with a formula C_28H_48O_4,mp 237～ 238℃, and its structure was established as 24-methylene-5a-cholesta-3β, 6β, 9a, 19-tetrol by spectra evidence
