摘　　要：目的观察孕免人轮状病毒（ＨＲＶ）血症是否会导致富内感染。方法在新西兰孕兔妊娠的不同阶段，经耳静脉注射入轮状病毒Ｗａ株，造成孕兔的病毒血症（血浓度为５×１０７／Ｌ），然后用ＲＴ／ＰＣＲ技术；检测出生仔兔肠道组织内ＨＲＶ抗原。结果在孕兔妊娠的早、中，晚期，ＨＲＶ都能通过血胎屏障进入宫内在仔兔肠道内定居。结论提示仔免存在ＲＶ宫内感染的可能性。这将为研究人类ＲＶ宫内感染提供依据。Objective To study whether intrauterine infection would take place when the pregnant rabbits have human rotavirus (HRV)viremia. Methods Pregnant rabbits were challenged with Wa strain of HRV in different periods during pregnancy, and RT-PCR wasused to detect HRV in intestinal tissues of fetal rabbits. Results When the pregnant rabbits had HRV viremia (5 X 107/L). HRV couldpass through material-fetal barrier and cause intrauterine infection of fetal rabbits. The differences in intrauterine infection ratesbetween the different periods of pregnancy were not significant statistically. Conclusion intrauterine inffection of the fatal rabbits ispossible.
