摘　　要：通过分析当前甲壳动物免疫力研究指标,指出目前对免疫力进行评判存在的2个缺陷:1)不能综合反映免疫力水平变化;2)采用不同评判指标得到的结论无法进行科学客观比较.在此基础上,指出免疫力是一个综合指标,并具体定义了免疫力综合指数,规定了计算方法,明确了2种计算权重的步骤方法,即层次分析法和主成分分析法.通过对文献数据的实际计算,阐明了计算方法的具体步骤,得到了免疫力综合指数,以定量数据表明实验结果对免疫力的影响,为客观评价所采取的实验措施提供量化结果.Through the analysis of current research index,two defects are pointed out in comprehensive immunity evaluation.1） The state of immunity change is not comprehensively reflected,and 2）the conclusions obtained by using different evaluation indexes can not be compared objectively and scientifically.Given this,the comprehensive index of immunity is indicated,and the calculation methods for weights are discussed,i.e.the analytic hierarchy process and the principal component analysis.Based on the literature data,the steps of the calculation method are detailed,and the comprehensive immunity index is obtained.The influence of experiment results on immunity is showed quantitatively,which gives a new method to assess the experiments results.
