综合体育中心周边地区城市开发探索——以广东省奥林匹克体育中心周边地区为例

摘　　要：亚运场馆建设及大型赛事的举办为场馆所在地区建设带来机遇,对场馆周边地区的建设和发展有催化和推动作用。以广东省奥林匹克体育中心周边地区城市规划和开发为例,通过借鉴国内外类似地区发展的经验,探讨综合体育中心周边地区"场馆-区域"发展模式指导下的功能定位、公共设施导向的功能组织和空间布局、公共交通导向的综合交通及生态导向的城市景观生态营造等主要问题。The construction of the Asian Game venues and large-scale events usually brings opportunities for the construction and development of the surrounding areas.With the planning and development of surrounding areas of Guangdong Olympic Sports Center as an example,this paper examines the function orientation of surrounding areas guided by the ＂venues-region＂ development mode,service-oriented （SOD） functional organization and spatial layout,public transport-oriented（TOD） integrated transportation,eco-oriented（EOD） urban landscape and ecology,and other major issues of the surrounding areas of Sports Centers.
