摘  要:于300日龄始连续收集邵伯鸡母系42个家系1310个全同胞个体种蛋3批共21550个,分别测定种蛋合格率(PSE)、种蛋受精率(FER)、受精蛋孵化率(HFE)等孵化性状的表型数据,采用动物模型约束最大似然法(REML)估计各孵化性状的遗传力,并进行性状间的相关分析。结果表明:PSE、FER、HFE的遗传力分别为0.1445、0.1301和0.1320(P<0.05),皆属低遗传力性状。PSE、FER、HFE两两间都呈较强正相关,PSE与FER相关系数为0.854(P<0.01),PSE与HFE相关系数为0.917(P<0.01),FER与HFE相关系数为0.942(P<0.01)。PSE、FER、HEF两两间的遗传相关系数在0.217~0.502(P﹥0.05)。本试验结果为邵伯鸡母系孵化性状的选育提供了理论参数。Three batches (21 550 eggs) of Shaobo chickens were randomly selected according to 1 310 fullsibs individuals of 42 family after 300 clays age,and percentage of setting egg (PSE),fertilized eggs rate(FER),hatcbability of fertile egg (HFE) were determined. The Restricted Maximum Likelihood Method (REML) was used to estimate the heritability and correlation of hatch performances. The statistic analysis results showed that the heritability of hatch performance of Shaobo chicken was low,PSE,FER and HFE were 0.1445,0.1301,0.1320 respectively (P〈0.05). The phenotypic correlation demonstrated that there was very significant positive correlation between PSE,FER and HFE,the correlation coefficient of PSE and FER was 0.854 (P〈0.01),PSE and HFE's correlation coefficient was 0.917 (P〈0.01), FER and HFE's correlation coefficient was 0.942 (P〈0.01).The genetic correlation was between 0.217 and 0.502 (P〉0.05). The genetic correlation between hatched eggs rate and hatchability was the highest (0.502),which between hatched eggs rate and fertilized eggs rate was lower (0.217). The results could provide theoretic basis for further selective breeding of hatch performance of Shaobo chicken.
