摘  要:黑麋峰抽水蓄能电站枢纽工程主要包括上水库、下水库、输水系统和发电系统,介绍了电站的水工布置与设计。上水库枢纽布置满足了面板堆石坝料源需求,增加了有效库容;利用1座重力副坝作为极端洪水时的非常溢洪道,库岸水位消落区土质坡采用干砌石加级配碎石护坡技术。不良地质条件下引水系统钢筋混凝土高压岔洞的设计采用了新的技术,保证了运行安全。枢纽布置和建筑物设计时充分考虑到环保要求,地面各建筑物与自然景观和谐协调。实际运行表明电站的水工布置与设计技术措施先进、可靠。The hydraulic structure system of Heimifeng Pumped-storage Power Station consists of upper and lower reservoirs, water conveyance system and power generating system. The layout and design of these hydraulic structures was introduced herein. The hydraulic layout of upper reservoir meets the demand of material sources for concrete face rockfill dams construction and increases the effective storage capacity. The upper reservoir uses an auxiliary gravity dam as extreme flood discharge facility and uses dry masonry stone with graded gravel as slope protection for shoreline drawdown area. High pressure reinforced-concrete bifurcation under adverse geological conditions was designed with new technology. The layout of hydraulic structure takes full account of environmental protection and the surface buildings harmony with the natural landscape. The station operation shows that the layout and design of hydraulic structures are advanced and reliable.
