摘 要:对三倍体毛白杨高得率浆H2O2单段置换漂白进行了研究,得出了最佳条件:H2O25g/l,温度80℃,pH12,Na2SiO3、NaOH、H2O2的用量比3∶3.6∶5,置换速度0.8ml/s,动态置换后的静置时间30~60min。在该条件下,漂白时间大大缩短,白度增值可达28.1~29.6%ISO,最终白度可达80%ISO。对该条件下H2O2置换漂白滤液循环利用对漂白效果的影响进行了研究。结果表明:H2O2置换漂白滤液循环利用对漂后浆料白度和返黄值均无不利影响,可以节约用水量甚至药品用量。Through the research of single-stage H2O2 displacement bleaching for the high yield pulp of triploid of populus tomentosa, the best conditions were found out as follows: H2O2 5g/l, temperature 80℃, pH12, the ratio of Na2SiO3 to NaOH and H2O2 being 3∶ 3.6∶5, speed of displacement 0.8ml/s, quiescence time after displacement being 30~60min. Under these conditions, the bleaching time will be shortened and the brightness will be increased by 28.1%~29.6%ISO with the final brightness up to 80%ISO. The influence of recycling utilization of the filtrate from H2O2 displacement bleaching was also studied. The results show that recycling utilization of the filtrate from H2O2 displacement bleaching does not have adverse effect on the brightness and the color reversion and can save the consumption of water even the consumption of reagents.
