摘  要:钙化是限制生物瓣使用寿命的主要因素。前人对组织的钙化和防钙化进行过较为全面的研究,最近又从分子生物学角度揭示细胞凋零和钙化的关系,其中不同程度都涉及到碱性磷酸酶(AKP)。本文通过对植入生物瓣材料的大鼠血液的生化分析,探讨了AKP与生物瓣钙化的关系,获得了一些有价值的结论。From the angle of molecular biology of cells, the relationship between apoptosis and calcification had been explored recently, which was related to alkaline phosphatase in different degrees at the site of calcified tissues. In accordance with the results of serum analyses of Wistar rats, this article showed that the conditions of calcified tissues implanted reflected the serum phosphorous level of the testing animals. By reducing the serum phosphorous level with drugs, the degree of the calcification of the tissues could be reduced, while the bone metabolism of the animals would be interrupted seriously. It seemed that calcification of the tissues could be delayed with the inactivation of AKP activity in serum by means of inhibitors or anticalcififcation drugs such as diphosphonates containing P C P enzymatic stable bond. Besides, some valuable data observed were useful for delay of calcification of tissues.
