摘  要:为专用管螺纹加工机床设计专用的夹具,该夹具可以在一次性定位夹紧后完成内孔粗精加工、偏梯螺纹的加工以及端面加工。夹具中采用聚氨酯橡胶作为涨紧元件,具有夹紧可靠,变形均匀,自动定心等优点,克服了普通三爪卡盘用作大直径工件夹紧机构时的缺点,且利用电磁吸盘将该夹具设计为自动夹紧机构,夹紧过程方便快捷,效率高,而且成本低。A kit of special jig for the machine processing gas thread was designed, which can realize the rough and finish machining of the bore, the machining of buttress thread and head face in one time after clamping. Polyurethane rubber is used for tighten component, which makes clamping reliable, deforming uniform, self-centering, and so on, and which can overcome the shortcomings using spiral chuck to machine the parts with big diameter. In addition, this jig was designed to self-holding mechanismby means of magnechuck, which makes holding convenient and swift, and cost few.
