摘  要:采用复合式厌氧折流板反应器(HABR)处理模拟啤酒废水,考察了其快速启动过程中的处理效能及相分离特性。结果表明:HABR可在33 d内完成启动,对COD的去除率>92%;pH值在反应器前后端分别呈酸性和中性,促进了产酸菌和产甲烷菌的分离;厌氧系统内挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)质量浓度的变化可以用于判断产酸作用和产甲烷作用之间是否处于动态平衡状态;HABR的产气量和末端出水VFAs质量浓度呈负相关关系,证明产甲烷菌的代谢活性逐渐增强。在快速启动过程中,HABR表现出了明显的生物相的选择和分离现象。The quick start-up process of a hybrid anaerobic baffled reactor(HABR) for treating the simulated brewery wastewater was investigated in aspect of its treatment performance and phase separation characteristics.The experimental results show that the HABR can finish the start-up within 33 d,and COD removal rate is higher than 92%.The pH values in both front-end and back-end compartments appear acidity and neutral respectively,thus favoring the rational distribution of acidogens and methanogens.It should be practical to judge whether there is a balance between acidification and methanization according to the mass concentration of volatile fatty acid(VFA) variation.The biogas production is negatively related to the effluent VFAs mass concentration,which indicates that the methanogenic activity recovers gradually.The noticeable phenomenon of phase separation and segregation between acidogenesis and methanogenesis was observed during the start-up of HABR.
