摘　　要：四川省平昌县开展水保产业基地建设,经过了试验起步阶段、基地培育阶段和产业开发阶段,现已成为县域经济的重要组成部分。总结了水保产业基地建设发展中的实践经验,包括立足地源物候条件进行科学统筹规划,通过树立典型示范带动扩大规模,积极落实各方面配套服务巩固基地发展,引入高新技术增产、增质、增效,化零为整培养更具竞争力的经营大户,并使之成为龙头企业来带动基地的整体、全面发展。The base construction of soil and water conservation industry in Pingchang County of Sichuan Province undergoes starting and trial phase,cultivation phase and industry development phase,and has become an important part of the county′s economy.We summarize the practical experiences of industry development in the base construction of soil and water conservation as follows： scientific and over-all planning based on geo-phenological conditions,enlarging scale by model demonstration,providing necessary services from various aspects to consolidate the industry base development,introduction of high and new technology to obtain higher yield,quality and efficiency,cultivating competitive enterprises by integrating resources to form backbone enterprise so as to promote overall development of the industry bases.
