摘  要:采用试验方法研究了气体通过圆孔和狭缝型喷气冷却风箱的压力损失性能,测量了几种型式风箱的阻力系数。试验数据表明,圆孔风箱阻力系数的范围在2.2到2.95之间,远小于文献报道的3.5;狭缝风箱的阻力系数范围为1.08~1.22,远小于孔式风箱。采用计算流体力学来预测阻力系数,计算值与试验值比较,二者吻合较好。并且介绍了圆孔喷嘴冷却风箱与狭缝喷嘴冷却风箱在实际工程中的应用。A study was conducted on the pressure loss characteristics of multiply-hole and multiple-slot plenum for gas jet cooling.Tests were carried out to determine the pressure loss coefficient for a range of free-area ratio.The measure data for orifice nozzle is in range of 2.20 to 2.95,lower than the reported value 3.5.The pressure loss coefficient of slot nozzle is about from 1.08 to 1.22,significant-ly lower than that of orifice nozzle.Computational fluid dynamics(CFD) was used to predict pressure loss coefficient and compared with the experimental measurement.Good agreement was observed.And it was introduced that the practical engineering applications of the two types cooling plenum such as the hole nozzle and slit nozzle.
