摘 要:以长期不同施肥处理土壤为研究对象,运用荧光素二乙酸酯(FDA)为底物,采用分光光度法测定土壤FDA水解酶活性.结果表明:在黑土和棕壤上有机肥配施化肥处理的FDA水解酶活性增幅较大,相对于不施肥处理分别增加68.8%和72.4%,也显著高于单施化肥处理;土壤FDA水解酶活性与土壤微生物量碳具有极显著的正相关关系,在黑土和棕壤中相关系数分别为0.912**和0.871**;FDA水解酶活性能较好地反映微生物活性,可以作为评价土壤微生物量和活性的重要指标;同时,土壤FDA水解酶与参与C、N、P、S等重要养分循环的酶活性关系密切,均达到极显著水平.The activities of fluorescein diacetate(FDA) hydrolase in black soil and brown soil under different long-term fertilization experiments were determined by the spectrophotometric method and using fluorescein diacetate(FDA) as the substrate.Results showed that there was a significant increase of hydrolase activity under combination treatment of organic manure with chemical fertilizers in black soil and brown soil,compared with the control,which were increased by 68.8% and 72.4%,respectively,and also were significantly higher than those under chemical fertilizer treatment.FDA hydrolase activity was highly significantly and positively correlated with soil microbial biomass carbon,and the correlation coefficients in black soil and brown soil were 0.912** and 0.871**,respectively.FDA hydrolase activity as an indicator of microbial activity,also could be used to evaluate the amount and activity of soil microorganism.Meanwhile,FDA hydrolase activity was also highly significantly correlated with other enzyme activities which participated in the nutrient cycles of C,N,P,S.
