摘 要:在利用声发射技术对四个大型原油储罐底板腐蚀情况进行现场检测的基础上,对采集到的声发射信号进行处理分析,并对比了不同时段的用于罐底信号定位的声发射事件。结果表明:同样一个储罐在白天和夜间得到的声发射事件数量差异巨大,在夜间采集的声发射数据更能代表罐底腐蚀的实际情况。可用于判别检测过程是否受到噪声影响;可以为以后的声发射检测时间的选择提供指导意义。On the basis of using Acoustic Emission Technique for the on-site testing of tank bottom corrosion of four large oil tanks, processing and analysis were conducted on the collected Acoustic Emission Signals. The Acoustic Emission events for locating collected under different time period were compared. The results indicated that: It makes significant difference in the quantity of acoustic emission signals received during day and during night on the same tank, and the Acoustic Emission Signals obtained at night is more representative of the actual corrosion situation of the tank bottom. This conclusion could be used to determine whether the detection process is affected by noise. And it could provide guidance on the selection of appropriate time of acoustic emission detection.
