升降式颈椎骨折牵引床治疗颈椎骨折的临床应用及护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨升降式颈椎骨折牵引床治疗颈椎骨折的监床效果及护理对策。方法对26例颈椎骨折病人在常规治疗(颅骨牵引和(或)手术治疗)的基础上,使用根据杠杆原理设计的升降式颈椎骨折牵引床。观察患者生活自理和护理情况。结果 26例均治愈,无1例出现呼吸道感染、尿路感染、栓塞性静脉炎、直立性低血压。有1例压疮。护理难度明显降低。结论升降式牵引改变了传统平卧位牵引的方式,明显减少了患者卧床所致的并发症发生,有利于护理和患者的康复。Objective To investigate the lift bed in the treatment of cervical spine fracture fracture traction bed effects and nursing supervisor. Methods 26 patients with cervical spine fracture patients in conventional treatment （ skull traction, and （ or） treatment） based on the use of leverage design according to the movements of cervical spine fracture-type traction bed. Observation of daily living and care situation of patients. Results 26 patients were cured,1 patient without respiratory tract infections,urinary tract infection,thrombophlebitis,orthostatic hypotension. 1 cases of this disease. Care significantly reduced the difficulty. Conclusion Elevating supine traction traction to change the traditional way,a significant reduction of complications caused by patients with bed rest is beneficial care and rehabilitation.
