摘　　要：在分析乡镇集中式饮用水水源地的特点及在环境管理中存在问题的基础上,分别从管理制度及能力建设、污染防治技术对策、公众参与角度提出了完善乡镇集中式饮用水水源地保障对策的建议:全面开展乡镇集中式饮用水水源地环境现状调查与评估工作,制定和落实各项管理制度,对其选址进行科学论证与调整;划定饮用水水源地保护区范围并规范其标识;加大资金投入,加强污染治理工程建设,提高污染防治能力。Based on analysis of the characteristics and environmental management problems of rural centralized drinking water sources,some suggestions for improvement are put forward regarding the construction of a management system and capacity,pollution prevention techniques,and sound public participation.The suggestions are as follows： overall environmental investigation and assessment should be implemented;management systems should be developed and put into place;the rationality of drinking water source locations should be demonstrated and adjustments should be made according to the existing problems;drinking water source protection areas should be designated and regulated;pollution protection projects should be constructed;and pollution control capacity should be improved by increasing capital investments.
