高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器测定复方黄芪益气口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法测定复方黄芪益气口服液中黄芪甲苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用Hypersil ODS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(32∶68),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃;ELSD参数:气化温度70℃,雾化温度50℃,流速1.2 mL/min。结果:黄芪甲苷在2.002μg～10.01μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9994;平均回收率99.2%,RSD为0.35%。结论:该方法简便、准确,重复性好,适用于复方黄芪益气口服液的质量控制。Objective： To establish the method of detecting astragalus glycoside content in Fufang Huangqi Yiqi oral liquid by HPLC-evaporation light scattering detector. Method：HPLC was performed on hypersil ODS Cts （250 min×4.6 mm,5μm）column with methyl cyanide：water （32：68）as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the temperature of column was 30℃C. ELSD parameter was as follows：gasification temeperature 70 ℃,atomization temperature 50℃ ,flow rate 1.2 mL/ min. Result：The liner range of astragalus glycoside was 2.002 μg-10.01μg,r=0.999 4;average recovery was 99.2%, RSD= 0.35%. Conclusion ：This method is easy,accurate,reproducibility,which can be used to control the quality of Fu-fang Huangqi Yiqi oral liquid.
