摘　　要：目的:研究红花注射液质量检验中钾离子的快速检测方法。方法:采用四苯硼钠法检测并增加阴性对照管及试剂对照管,取消炭化灰化的步骤。采用分光光度法,计算出药液中所含钾离子浓度。结果:此法检测钾离子结果准确,同药典法比对,结果无差异。结论:此改进法检测钾离子灵敏、快捷、可控,可作为红花注射液的质量控制标准。Objective ：To study the rapid detertive method of potassium in safflower injection. Methods：To test it with sodium tetraphenylborate method increasing negative control and the control of reagent and cancel carboration ash steps. Results：This results of potassium with this method are accurate,compared with USP, the results were same. Conclusion ..This improved method of potassium is sensitive ,fast and convenient ,which can be used for the standard of quality control.
