摘　　要：根据市场信息反馈,微型汽车用发动机水泵水封在超出最高转速时容易早期失效,致使水泵泄漏;通过更改水封结构和材料,改善了水封的散热性、耐热性及耐磨性,解决了因高速造成的泄漏问题。According to the customer information feedback,the water seal of pump is easy to be early failure when it surpasses the highest rotational speed request,and causes the water pump leakage;Through the change of Water-sealed structure and the material,to improve heat shrinkable,heat resistance and abrasive resistance,and to solve the problem of Water pump leak because of High-speed operation.
