摘　　要：目的探讨抗高血压药物对老年患者发生跌倒的影响。方法选取2007年1月—2009年12月在我院入住的老年患者中,使用抗高血压药物后发生跌倒的患者27例,分析患者一般情况,跌倒前后血压情况以及用药途径、用药时间与跌倒的关系。结果跌倒患者中,男性多于女性,有跌倒史、视听力异常、行动不便及夜尿多、伴发心脑血管疾病者占比例较高。静脉注射给药和给药后1h内跌倒的发生率明显增高。跌倒患者对用药不良反应认知差。结论应用抗高血压药物对老年患者跌倒的发生有严重影响。护理人员应特别重视高血压病患者用药中的不良反应及静脉给药后1h内的观察,做好用药指导以减少跌倒事件的发生。Objective To investigate the influence of antihypertensive drugs on falls in elderly patients.Methods A total of 27 elderly patients with falls after administration of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2009 were selected.The relationships between falls and the patients′ general information,blood pressure,medication administration time and route were analysed.Results The male patients had higher incidence of falls than the female ones.More falls occurred in the patients with history of falls,audiovisual abnormity,mobility restriction,frequent urination at night or cardiovascular diseases.The incidence of falls significantly increased after intravenous administration,especially within 1 h after intravenous administration.The patients with high incidence of falls had poor awareness of side effects of antihypertensive drugs.Conclusion Application of antihypertensive drugs in elderly patients can cause falls.The nursing staff should take appropriate intervention to prevent drug-induced falls,especially pay more attention to the side effects of antihypertensive drugs and observation within 1 h after intravenous administration.
