经肛门Soave Ⅰ期手术治疗先天性巨结肠17例临床报告

摘　　要：目的：经肛门SoaveⅠ期手术治疗先天性巨结肠，并且总结分析手术治疗效果和经验。方法：对17例2004年1月．2009年3月同期住院的先天性巨结肠患儿采用经肛门SoaveⅠ期巨结肠根治术。膀胱截石位，用肛圈扩张肛门，暴露齿状线，剥离直肠肌层，从腹膜返折进入腹腔，处理肠系膜，切除病变肠管，行结直肠Ⅰ期吻合，留置肛管。结果：所有患儿均顺利完成手术，手术时间60-100min，术中出血30—60ml，无需输血，切除肠管1545cm。术后随诊6～24个月，每日排便2～3次，所有患儿生长发育正常，身高和体重在同龄儿正常范围内。结论：经肛门SoaveⅠ期先天性巨结肠根治术创伤小、效果好、并发症少、恢复快，并使巨结肠根治术成为一种美容手术。Objective ：Treat the Hirschsprung disease after anus stage operation Soave＇s, moreover summing up analyzing the operation treats effect and experience. Bleeding 30 -60ml in the skill and haven＇t to transfuse blood. Resect intestine tube 15 -45 cm. Adapting to afterwards the skill examines 6 - 24 months,line of per day simply 2 - 3 degree. An perils disaster growths are develop regularly, height and weight are living inner place the of the same age son normal range. Conclusion： After anus Soave I stage to cure once and for all the skill wound little the Hirschsprung disease. Effect is good. Complication is little. Resume quickly. Moreover cause the tremendous colon cure once and for all the skill to become one kind of cosmetology operation.
