博落回生物碱对黄胸寡毛跳甲成虫的室内毒力测定

摘　　要：目的:测定博落回生物碱对黄胸寡毛跳甲成虫的毒力作用,为利用药用植物提取物防治发生在白术等道地药材上的黄胸寡毛跳甲提供科学依据。方法:提取博落回果实中的生物碱,采用喷雾法将不同浓度的博落回生物碱溶液喷施于黄胸寡毛跳甲成虫。结果:博落回生物碱溶液对黄胸寡毛跳甲成虫48h的LD50为32.98mg·L-1,95%可信区间为19.75～86.50mg·L-1。结论:博落回生物碱对黄胸寡毛跳甲成虫具有毒杀作用。Objective ： To provide scientific basis for utilizing extracts of medicinal plants to kill Luperomorpha xanthodera （Fairmaire） on Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. plants by determining the toxic effect on Luperomorpha xanthodera （Fairmaire） by macleaya cordata plant. Methods： To use literature method to extract alkaloids from fruits of macleaya cordata, and then spray different contents of the extract alkaloids on Luperomorpha xanthodera （Fairmaire）. Results： Within 48 hours, the effect of LD50 on Luperomorpha xanthodera （Fairmaire） by macleaya cordata alkaloids is 32.98mg· L^- 1, and 95 % of the confidential interval shows 19.75 - 86.50 mg· L^- 1. Conclusion： Macleaya cordata alkaloid can effectively wipe out Luperomorpha xanthodera （fairmaire）.
