摘　　要：在综合各方面因素的基础上建立了都市旅游游客满意度评价体系,并依据模糊综合评价法构建了都市旅游游客满意度评价模型,以上海市为例进行实证研究.结果显示,模糊综合评价法适用于都市旅游游客满意度的研究.The evaluation system of urban satisfaction was established on basis of comprehensiving all kinds of elements, and according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the tourist satisfaction assessment model was constructed. Taking Shanghai as an example, the results show that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is suitable for urban tourism research.
